Sarah Kolis here! I work regular business hours that are extended during the busy season and I prioritize the brides I am currently working with in-person. Therefore, I have a policy against stepping away from the fitting to answer a phone call. For these reasons, I require a times slot dedicated just to you so I can properly address your questions and concerns! I hope you understand as it is my biggest priority to make sure all my clients and brides have 1-1 time with me so I can give the absolute best service possible for you! Running late? If you are trying to call because you are running late to your appointment, chances are I am in with another bride and cannot step out to answer. I always try to accomodate best I absolutely can! I have never turned a client away because they were late, so just keep on coming and we will work it out!!
